I am a knowledge and learning specialist passionate about designing learning and capacity-building strategies that translate technical expertise into institutional capability, shaping the workforce that delivers policy.

With over 8 years in knowledge management, adult learning, and competency development across global development contexts, I help governments, multilateral institutions, and technical teams close a specific gap: what their people and systems need to know and do differently in terms of competence to deliver on their mandate. I lead needs assessments and competency frameworks that identify where that l gap actually is, then build tailored strategies and curricula that reskill and upskill teams in practice.

My work is competency-centered and evidence-based, grounded in adult learning research. It has strengthened institutional systems and informed policy-making processes across the world, and particularly in support of global health portfolios, from ministry-level programs to cross-country technical teams.

I currently support knowledge and learning strategy work within the Global Engagement Unit of the World Bank's Health, Nutrition & Population Global Practice, partnering with technical and policy leaders to build the skilled, adaptive workforce that institutional performance and development outcomes depend on.
